What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address. When you use CakeQuote, we store the quotes you create and your pricing settings (bakery name, default fees, terms). We do not collect payment information — no payments are processed.
How we use it
Your email is used only to authenticate you via a magic link or Google OAuth. Your quotes and settings are stored so you can access them across devices. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own data. Public quote share links are accessible to anyone with the link — they do not expose internal notes or your email address.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are set. Google OAuth uses its own authentication flow — the Google privacy policy applies to that interaction.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. Quotes shared via public links will no longer be accessible after deletion.
