What CakeQuote is

CakeQuote is a quoting tool for home bakers. It helps you build, price, and share custom cake quotes. It is not a legal, tax, or financial advisory service. Prices and deposit amounts generated by the tool are suggestions based on the values you enter — you are responsible for your own business decisions.

Free plan

Free accounts may save up to 3 quotes. There is no time limit on the free plan. Additional quote capacity will be available under a paid Pro plan when payments go live.

Your data

You own the quotes and settings you create. By using CakeQuote, you grant us permission to store and serve this data back to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Public share links

When you share a quote link, the quote contents (excluding internal notes) become publicly accessible to anyone with that URL. Do not include sensitive personal information in fields that appear on the client-facing quote.

No warranty

CakeQuote is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of calculations, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the tool as a starting point, not as a substitute for professional advice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
