What a cake order quote template should include

A professional cake order quote is a document — not a DM reply. It should communicate the full scope of the order, the price breakdown, the deposit required, and the terms of the transaction. When a client has a quote in hand, there's no ambiguity about what they're getting or what they owe.

Occasion (birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc.)

Base cake price (servings × per-serving rate)

Deposit due (usually 50%)
Remaining balance (due on delivery)

Terms section

Keep it short, but include: deposit policy, cancellation policy, revision policy, and pickup/delivery expectations. This protects you from last-minute cancellations and scope creep.
